We announce the death of Rosa Gray Morris (Swansboro, North Carolina), who passed away on August 29, 2026, at the age of 88. Rosa will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Gray and Irene Gray of Trenton; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Mary Louise; and her husband Delma Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Victor Clark Morris (Teresa) of Kinston and Lisa Ann Morris Robinson (Bruce) of Swansboro; her grandchildren, Jordan Morris Duncan (Alison) of Mooresville and Victoria Rose Morris Cannon (Justin) of Oak City; her great grandchildren, Parker Elster Duncan, Hudson Gray Cannon and Chandler Wade Cannon; her brother John Wesley Gray; and her sister-in-law Gloria of Trenton, NC. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins left.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM.
