She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Williams and Etta Mae Bartley Williams; her husband Nicholas Bierchen; and her sister Evelyn Kilgore. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Bierchen of Swansboro and Dean Bierchen (Laura) of Forney, TX; her granddaughter Olivia; and her sisters, Gwendolyn Shimer (Chip) and Dedra King.
