He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Harper, Sr. and Mildred Miffleton Harper; and his daughter Laura Christie Harper. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Harper; his children, Mary Liza Bacon (Dan), Dean Odham (Betty) and Margaret Davis (Ken); his grandchildren, Haley, Hannah Grace, Daniel, Eliza, Wyatt and Henry; and his siblings, Joseph John Harper, Jr. (Anne) and Susan Britt (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
