She is survived by: her husband Ken Cook; her children, Amie Clark of Hubert, Joseph Daughety of Hubert, Angelo Caputo of Columbus, OH and Sam Cape of Hubert; her grandchildren, Dalton Brinkley, Kyndle Clark, Dylan Clark, Madison Daughety, Bella Cape and Charlotte Cape; and her brother Edward Earl Sauls of Hubert.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Catalyst Church (1985 Gum Branch Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
