She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Baldwin and Martha Ann Hastings Baldwin; her sister Katherine Jarrett; and her significant other Norman Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Pugh (Hunter) of Madison, Mississippi; her siblings, Martha Palmer (Bill) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Connie Scarborough (Jerry) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Monroe Baldwin Jr. of Virginia, James Conner (Judy Samuelson) of Maumelle and Frank Conner (Millie) of Harrison, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Elli Jo, Evie James and Edalen June Pugh; and her siblings' children, Jeremy Palmer (Jordan), Drew Palmer (Cherrie) and Michelle Price (Jeff). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
