He is survived by: his wife Debra Small Pylypiw; his children, Adrianne Klosiewski (Chad) of Denver, CO, Alexis Hampton (Joseph) of Raleigh and Nicholas Pylypiw (Virginia) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Mykaela Pylypiw, Brody Hampton, Corbin Klosiewski and Maksym Klosiewski; and his siblings, Greg Pylypiw of Arizona, Joseph Pylypiw of Wilmington, Mary Stearns of Henderson and Cathy Campbell of Bethel.
