He was predeceased by: his parents, William Agans and Ercell Starnes Agans; and his stepson Michael Haithcock. He is survived by: his wife Connie King Agans; his children, Margaret Wood Street and William "Bill" Agans, Jr. (Christy); his stepdaughter Lisa F. Haithcock; his grandchildren, Arrin Herring (Vernon) and Ethan Wood (Keri); his great grandchild Greyson Wood; and his sister Cynthia Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and adored friends.

Because of limitations due to Covid-19, services to celebrate and honor Billy's life will be held at a later date.
