He was predeceased by: his parents, David Parker and Frances McCracken Parker; his wife Ruby Cochran Parker; his siblings, Bobby Parker and Shirley Simpson; and his son Clifford Parker.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Cagle; his grandchildren, Mitchum Turpin, Chad Cagle (Michelle), Amanda Murajda (Roger) and Tasheena Parker (Will); his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Aleah, Hannah, Shelby and Damen; and his sister-in-law Sarah Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
