We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2021, Charlene Kay Rector of Sylva, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rector and Belva Rector; and her brother Bill Rector. She is survived by: her close friend Jackie Hooper; and her siblings, Ray Rector and Caroline Rector. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Charlene's name to the charity of their choice or to any local food pantry.
