He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Melton Shular; his daughters, Jennifer Gregory (Jason), Jessica Wilcox (Paul) and Crystal Shuler; his grandchildren, Olivia, Logan Gregory, Coleman, Cameron and Carly Wilcox; his brother Leonard Shular (Jeanette); his brother-in-law Derrick Coggins; his mother-in-law Susie Melton; his friend Bill Crawford; Aaron Carter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, special friend.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sugar Creek Baptist Church (40 Sugar Creek Rd, Cullowhee, NC 28723). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
