Charles Whitney Massingale Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 7, 2026, at the age of 81, Charles Whitney Massingale (Sylva, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitney Massingale and Mary Broom Massingale; his wife Audrey Waters Massingale; his son Jeffrey "Jeff" Massingale; and his siblings, Lewis, Marvin, Cornelius, Clinton, Dorothy Brown and Ella Mae Swain.
He is survived by: his daughter Aprille Massingale McCall (Ryan); his grandchild Shelby McCall; his siblings, Talmage (Joe), Delbert Massingale and Ethel Massingale Conner; and his close friend Herman McCall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
