In the vast expanse of eternity, may Clay find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his mother Belle Cogdill. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Dillard Cogdill; his daughters, Whitney Southard (Cody) and Shannon Cogdill; his grandchild Maylee Grace Southard; his father Dan Cogdill; and his brother Mike Cogdill (Alicia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mount Pleasant Baptist Church's youth fund which was something close to Clay's heart.
