She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry David Tallent and Doris Tallent. She is survived by: her children, David Scott, James Scott, Howard Scott and Ruth Jones. She is also survived by many grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bryant-Grant Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Franklin, NC 28734). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
