He was predeceased by: his wife Aileen Green; his parents, George Leamon and Gracie Hall Green; and his children, Stanley Green and Clara Green Martin.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Colby Green (Charay) of Sylva, NC and Lauren Green of Sylva, NC; his sisters, Jane Hughes (Al) of Asheville, NC and Juanita Ward (Larry) of Asheville, NC; and his daughter-in-law Katherine Webb Green of Sylva, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
