With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy A. Starr of Sylva, North Carolina, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 5, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sister Darleen Lohmeyer; her brother-in-law Bill of Atlanta, GA; her niece Kay Brown (Bo); and her nephew Patrick Lohmeyer (Kelli). She is also survived by five great nieces.
