He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Bill and Rosemary Rhinehart; his brother Joseph Alan Rhinehart (Jennifer); his children, Angel (Allen Love) and Brandon (Melanie); and his grandchildren, Mason, Justin Love and Amelia Rhinehart. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Appalachian Funeral Services (165 Skyland Dr, Sylva, NC 28779). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
