We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2023, at the age of 88, Minnie Lee Morgan of Sylva, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy and Sadie Green Cogdill; her husband Sim Morgan; and her sister Phyllis Brown. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Taylor (Gary) of Brevard, Neil Morgan of Sylva and Danny Morgan (Pam) of Sylva; and her grandchildren, Kristy Aiken (Jeremy), Kim Swingle (Joe), Amanda Carnes (Bryan), Ashley Crowe (Nathan), Tyler Sutton and Tate Jacobs. She is also survived by seven great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to CarePartners Hospice.
