We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2022, at the age of 84, Norman Andrew Parris (Sylva, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth (Potts); his stepchildren, Elizabeth B. Norman and Eddie Pittman; and his brothers, Noah M. Parris, Loran W. Parris and Neil Parris.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Toby Norman, Stephanie Smith, Jodi Middleton and Dell Pittman; his great grandchildren, Michael, Tanner and Abby Grace; and his daughter-in-law Eunice Pittman.
