It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Retha Mae Kilpatrick (Sylva, North Carolina), born in Lamar, Missouri, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hoover and Laura Hoover (Perrin). She is survived by: her children, Joel Kilpatrick (Krissy) of Lewis Center, OH and Jennifer Ogren (Chad) of Cary, NC; her sister Marie Marshall; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Julie and Lola. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
