He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Ginn and Alva Carden Ginn; and his brother Joe Ginn. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ginn; his stepsons, Effrem and Lance Creasman; his siblings, Susan Ginn Swan and Tommy Ginn (Anna); and his nieces and nephews, Lynette Ginn, Jeff Ginn (Holly), David Ginn, Danny Ginn, Kristy Swan Ikenberry (Brad) and Margaret Swan (Emily Cannon).
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sylva First United Methodist Church (77 Jackson St, Sylva, NC 28779). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
