He is survived by: his children, Kayla Bryson, Emily Bryson and Kevin Bryson (Cassie); his grandchildren, Emmylou and Torvi Bryson; his siblings, Willie Bryson, Vincent Bryson (Tammy), Laurel Dills and Barbara Lacy (Jim); and his extended family, Clarissa Cope (Brandon), Brayden, Izaiah, Harleigh Cope, Charlotte Sherrill and Mahalah Stewart.
