He was predeceased by: his mother Clara; his grandparents, Luther, Britta Lee Coggins and Hayes Webb; and his aunts and uncles, Dean Webb, Linda Webb Franks, Frank and Mildred Whetstein (Coggins).
He is survived by: his father Verlon Coggins; his sisters, Angie Parton (Randy) and Regina Myron (Anthony); his grandmother Lila McCall Coggins; and his aunts and uncles, Clifford Coggins (Gay), Curtis Webb, Dixie Fish and Phyllis Gibson (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
