He is survived by: his son Gabriel Ryan Cook; his father Kim Cook; his sister Melissa Glance; his brother-in-law Terry Glance; his nephew Ethen Cook; his niece Ashli Holloway; Daniel Holloway. He is also survived by two great nieces and two great nephews.

He will be remembered for the selfless act of organ donation, he saved three lives.
