We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2022, at the age of 81, Wanda Freeman Buchanan (Sylva, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vonroe Freeman and May Parris Freeman. She is survived by: her husband Charles Buchanan; her daughter Andrea Cochran (Cameron); her grandchildren, Anna, Kaitlyn and Bryce; and her sisters, Sue Dillard, Linda Nicholson (Lewis), Reva Terrell (Bill) and Rita Perkins (Jimmy). She is also survived by two nephews, two nieces, and ten great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Buff Creek Baptist Church.
