He is survived by: his mother Nadine Colson Sheppard; his wife Janis Kay Sheppard; his children, Amy Lynn Earl (Aaron) of Charleston, SC and William Christopher Sheppard of Summerville, SC; his grandchildren, Vivian, Liam, Michael and Colson; and his sisters, Lori Ann Peace (Jerry) and Jill Smith (Charlie) of Bonneau, SC.
