He is survived by: his wife Rachel Gore; his son Anthony Kelly; his stepdaughter Michelle Gerald; and his sisters, Sharon Sykes, Marcella Faulk Farmer and Rosa Faulk Smith. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
