She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Phipps, Jr. of Tabor City; her brother Tony Phipps of Loris; and her husband Ronald "Ronnie" Owen, Jr. of Clarkton. She is survived by: her mother Betty Hardison of Bladenboro; her siblings, Herbert "Bo" Phipps (Teresa) of Clarkton, Chris Phipps of Loris and Suzanne Hester (Reynold) of Bladenboro; her sons, David DiCicco of Bladenboro and Robert DiCicco (Shannon) of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Kailynn, Sophia, Cole and Wyatt DiCicco.
