He is survived by: his children, Lewis Eugene Rich (Joe Frank Rich, Jr.) of Chadbourn and Victoria Spivey of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sisters, Cathy McKee of Whiteville and Debbie Smith of Tabor City; and his grandson Grayson Joe Rich.
