Kathy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Wallace Fowler and Isadell Floyd Fowler Cummings; her son Kenneth Dean Smith; her sister Phyllis "Suzie" Suggs; and her stepfather Wayne Cummings.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Kenneth Smith; her son Timmy Smith (Krissy); her grandchildren, Cooper and Taylor; her son Roy Smith (Leighann); her grandchildren, Bella, Walker, Annie and Meila; her son Josh Smith (Lee Ann); her granddaughter Chloe; her siblings, Janice Smith (Junior) and Bill Fowler (Midge); and her brother-in-law Jerry Suggs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, 206 Warrior Trail, Whiteville, NC 28472.
