She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Lewis and Essie Stroud Lewis; her husband Crawford Pankey; her children, Harold Stroud, Buster Pankey and Tammy Pankey; and her brother James "Doug" William Lewis.
She is survived by: her sister Pansy Kay Lawson (Mickey) of Tabor City; her grandchildren, Maliyah Cox (Aaron), Jacob Russ, Brantley Stack and Makayla Young; and her great grandchild Jacoby Cox.
