We announce the death of Terry Nealey of Tabor City, North Carolina, who passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon Nealey and Essie Pauline Watts Nealey; his son Terry Leon Nealey II; and his siblings, Gary, Greg Nealey and Penny McCumbee.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Renee Stanley Nealey; his daughters, Tara Graham (Burroughs) of Tabor City, NC., Princess Grantham (Monroe "Dee") of Tabor City, NC. and Kandi Thompson (Justin) of Longs, SC.; his siblings, Sherry Strickland of Loris, SC., Robert Nealey (Jenny) of Tabor City and Jessica Thomas (Jeff) of Green Sea, SC.; and his grandchildren, Seth Nayle, Hannah Nayle, Gabriel Wallace, Scarlett Thompson, Awnley Thompson, Sylas Thompson and Kiara McCumbee.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Inman Ward Funeral Home (300 E 5th St, Tabor City, NC 28463). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel (300 E 5th St, Tabor City, NC 28463). A burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (16010 James B White Hwy S, Tabor City, NC 28463).
