She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Bridgers and Annie Jenkins Brown. She is survived by: her daughters, Betty B. Cobb of Princeville, NC and Vananza Brown. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
