Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carlisle Funeral Home (701 Hospital Dr, Tarboro, NC 27886). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
It was Barbara's wish that in lieu of flowers her favorite charities receive donations.
