He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Rufus Edmondson (Margaret Whitley Edmondson) and Joe Connie Edmondson; and his nephew Ricky Gerald Edmondson. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Edmondson; his daughter Kim Edmondson of Wilson, N. C.; and his pet Louise.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McKendree United Methodist Church (7882 McKendree Church Rd, Tarboro, NC 27886).
