She was predeceased by: her daughter Kelly Williams Logan; her grandparents, Woodrow, Gertie Marks and Kathleen Kelly; and her uncle Robert Williams (Rhea).

She is survived by: her parents, Katherine Marks Nowell and Charles Thomas Kelly (Sandra); her son Jacob Hilton Williams (Amanda); her siblings, Robert Neil Kelly (Mellonie) and Ruth Kelly Curtis (Jim); her grandchildren, Cameron Logan, Matthew Williams and Jacob Williams Jr.; her nieces, Ashley Kelly Whitley (Justin), Kate Curtis Laughlin (Ryan) and Helen Curtis (Rob); her great-nieces, Ruby and Amelia Whitley; and her former husband Mark Williams (Debbie).
