It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elretha Knight Bryant of Tarboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Aqustus Knight and Dora Sherrod Knight. She is survived by: her children, John Bryant, Grady Bryant, Carlton Bryant, Darryl Bryant, Janice Bryant Howroyd, Dora Bryant Boddie, Linda Bryant Modlin and Patricia Bryant; and her sister Gwendolyn Knight. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
