He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett W., Sr. and Mary Taylor Hine; his son Cristiano Hine; and his brother John Taylor Hine. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Webb Hine; his granddaughters, Rica Hine and Christiano Harris; his pets, Cody, Shelley and Sissy; and his close friends, Ed, Lisa Morgan, Charles Wall, Bryan Dyson and Kris Pilgreen. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
