He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Leggett Griffin; and his siblings, Phil Dougherty and Margaret Virginia Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Taylor Dougherty; his children, Susan Dukes (Eric), Penny Williams (Craig), Jami Dougherty and Rob Dougherty (Bridget); and his sister Mary Lou Rogers (Ricky). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
