She is survived by: her children, Darlene Smith, Wanda Battle of Hobgood, NC, Angela Battle of Tarboro, NC and Joseph Battle of Greenville, NC; and her siblings, Ralph Earl Wiggins of Tarboro, NC and Le Ella Powell of Tarboro, NC. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
