She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Summerlin Proctor and Charlie Fletcher Proctor; her husband Cecil William Webb; and her siblings, Ora Lee Proctor Smith, Edward Proctor, Linwood Proctor and Charlie Proctor.
She is survived by: her aunt Jane; her daughters, Carolyn Jane Webb (Evelyn), Cecilia Lynette Webb and Jacqueline Kay Webb Hudson; her grandchildren, Megan Webb, Jamie Hudson and Jacob Hudson; and her great grandchild Austin Daniels. She is also survived by her devoted church family, and a host of other relatives and special friends.
