It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Odell Higgs of Tarboro, North Carolina, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her friend Joe Willie Dickens; her children, Hilda Morris, Lewis Edward Higgs and Milton Earl Higgs; her sister Helen Cofield Glass; and her stepsister Arabelle Stancil. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
