He is survived by: his children, Phillip Davis Keeter II (Crystal) and Charity Scott (Bobby); his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Tommy), Matthew Davis Keeter, Sarah Wood (Austin), Katlin Scott (Chris), Jessica Scott (Preston Frey) and Kristina Keeter; and his great grandchildren, Grayson Frey-Scottl and Benjamin Daniels.
