Hines of Pinetops, NC; his siblings, Shakeem McKinney of Tarboro, NC, Richard Hines III of Tarboro, NC, Calvon Whitehead Jr. of Tarboro, NC, Ramel Hines of Scotland Neck, NC, RaQuvious Hines of Robersonville, NC, Erica Hines of Tarboro, NC, Elee Hines of Tarboro, NC, Beautiful McKinney of Tarboro, NC and Reniya Hines of Scotland Neck, NC; and his grandparents, Richard Hines, Sr. of Tarboro, NC, Bertha Hines of Tarboro, NC and Johnny McKinney of Princeville, NC. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

All services are private due to COVID-19, the governor has asked that all gatherings have only 50 people.
