He is survived by: his wife Jean Whitehurst; his daughter Angel; his son-in-law Mike Medford; his granddaughters, Kristen Farmer (Luke) and Casey Davenport (Hunter); and his sister Sarah Twiddy. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
