He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lawton and Emma Rebecca Lawton. He is survived by: his children, Ronyell Jones of Marietta, GA and Kaketta Payne of Dover, DE; and his siblings, Shaun Lawton of Tarboro, NC, Donald Lawton of Battleboro, NC, Robert Earl Flood of Washington, DC and Gloria Jean Young of Upper Marlboro, MD. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and many other loving relatives and friends.
