He was predeceased by: his parent Jimmie; and his siblings, Calvin Lee, Frances Edmondson, James Lee, Carrie Smith, Teny Hathaway and Elizabeth Lee.
He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Lee; his sister Margie Rogister; his children, Donna Johnson (Jeremy) and Roy Franklin "Frankie" Lee Jr. (Pamela); his grandchildren, Kristin Griffin (Tyler), Colten King (Ashlyn), Makayla Warren (Cameron) and Marissa Warren (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Brantlee, Coleson, Camden, Jaxon, Dalton and Nelly.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Northern Boulevard Baptist Church (502 E Northern Blvd, Tarboro, NC 27886). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
