He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Williams and Mamie Braddy Williams; and his siblings, Gladis Marks, Pauline Williams, Robert Williams, Floyd Williams and Mack Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Ericia Cayton (John) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, John and Savanah of West Virginia; his sibling's children, Laura Sykes (Skipper) of Nashville, Jean Keel, Russ Williams, Sammy Williams of Enfield and William Barfield; his sister-in-law Nellie Williams of Enfield; and his close friend Leroy Butts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carlisle Funeral Home (701 Hospital Dr, Tarboro, NC 27886). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
