He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brinkley Allsbrook and Mattie Phillips Allsbrook; and his siblings, Brinkley "Buddy" Allsbrook of Tarboro, Nancy Cross of Virginia, Annette Stout of Virginia and Melba Allsbrook of Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Carson Allsbrook; his son Rudy Allen Allsbrook Jr.; his grandsons, Carson Maddox Allsbrook and Davidson Marsh Allsbrook; Katherine Graham, Elizabeth, Graham and Henri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
