She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Lewis Sr. and Ethel Pettaway Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Chester Bazemore; and her sisters, Eva Varnell Bridgers of Philadelphia, PA, Bessie M. Lewis of Tarboro, NC and Alice Faye Lewis Grant of Newport News, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
