He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Lee Vick and Lottie Bell Jones Vick. He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Vick; and his children, Terentius Vick of Rocky Mount, NC and Lavonda Vick of Nashville, NC. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

“Was your Wayne Vick a teenager in early 70's who lived with his family in the Philippines?. I knew a Wayne Vick who was an awesome athlete. He was born around 1956. He was the best player on our team; played shortstop in 7th grade and he could hit anything. I never saw him strike out. His parents always pushed him and he did well in school. He was always a kind, warm friendly person. My name is Daran Goolsby and Wayne Vick was a great guy!”
